William “Bill” Fletcher Crawford, CMCA

Bill Crawford is the President and Owner of Fletcher Community Partners, a role he has held for over a decade. Under his leadership, the company has experienced significant growth, driven by a commitment to innovation and exceptional client satisfaction. Bill’s career in community associations began at the age of 19 when he worked for a condominium builder during a summer job in college. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. In addition to his professional pursuits, Bill values quality time with his family, and he and his wife are the proud parents of three children.

Soozi Smith, CMCA, AMS

Soozi Smith has over 35 years of experience in the homeowner association industry, where she has built a reputation for exceptional customer service and strong client relationships. Known for her reliability and commitment, Soozi actively seeks to understand and meet the needs of her clients, making her a trusted professional. Outside of her career, she enjoys time with her family and embraces travel as a way to explore new cultures continually enriching her perspective on life and work.

John Holcomb brings over a decade of expertise in community management, specializing in management, contract negotiation, and vendor relations. His innovative problem-solving skills and determination have earned him respect from colleagues and clients alike, driving successful outcomes for the communities he serves. Outside of his professional life, John enjoys sports, travel, skiing, and cooking, and he cherishes quality time with family at the lake, contributing to a lively and inclusive workplace culture.

David Beebe is an accomplished Association Manager with over 30 years of experience in management. With a degree in electrical engineering, he has worked in both large multinational corporations and smaller firms, giving him a well-rounded perspective. His previous experience as a resident and Board member of a community managed by Fletcher adds a personal touch to his professional insights. David enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Delana Meyer, a proud alumna of the University of Texas at Dallas, joined the Fletcher team in 2023 as a property manager. With her newly achieved CMCA designation, she demonstrates a strong dedication to exceptional client service, characterized by her friendly and approachable nature. Delana enjoys staying active through hiking, trying new workout classes, and exploring local farmer’s markets, which reflects her vibrant and energetic lifestyle.

Rachel has nearly a decade of experience in the community management industry.  She is passionate about fostering strong, accountable leadership and creating positive, engaged communities. Her commitment to integrity and dedication to serving others are the cornerstones of her professional approach.  She cherishes time spent with her family—her husband, and their adopted daughter. Whether she’s enjoying the great outdoors such as hiking and kayaking, getting lost in a good book, or expressing creativity through painting, she strives to balance personal growth with professional success.

We love what we do, and our goal is to make life easier and more enjoyable for owners while helping Association Board of Directors create healthy, efficient, and financially secure communities. We strive to provide homeowner association communities with highly competent, trained, and professional individuals to navigate the complexity of homeowner association management.

Nizley Alferez has over ten years of experience in customer service and retail management, currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at Fletcher. Her creative, results-oriented approach, coupled with excellent communication skills, allows her to manage projects efficiently and foster a positive workplace culture. Nizley is passionate about team development and leverages her tech-savviness to improve operational efficiency. In her spare time, she enjoys reading self-help books and staying active at the gym, always looking for ways to grow.

In his leisure time, Tin enjoys outdoor adventures, particularly traveling and soaking up the sun on the beach, which refreshes his spirit and inspires his work.

Dedicated and detail-oriented, Jose is committed to delivering excellent service and supporting the team in achieving company goals. Outside of work, he enjoys badminton and quality family time by the beach.
